Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Policy applies to use of Ovynta's website, customer app, merchant-facing services, accounts, listings, booking features, reviews, community content, events, and ticket-related features.

2. Lawful and honest use

You must use Ovynta lawfully and honestly. You must provide information that is accurate and keep it reasonably current where the service lets you change it.

You must not impersonate another person or business, create a fake account or listing, misrepresent authority, use the service to deceive others, or use another account to evade a restriction.

3. Listings, bookings, events, and tickets

You must not create fake or misleading business information, bookings, reservations, events, tickets, admission credentials, QR credentials, prices, availability statements, or promotional offers.

You must not make speculative or abusive booking requests, block availability without a genuine intention to attend, forge or duplicate a ticket or QR credential, or use an event or ticket feature to defraud another person.

4. Community and communications

You must not submit fake or manipulated reviews, harassment, threats, hate, stalking, spam, scams, malicious links, private information without authority, or illegal or harmful content.

You must not use reporting features in bad faith, including to silence criticism, target a competitor, or make a knowingly false report.

5. Security and automation

You must not probe, bypass, or defeat security controls; access another person's account or data without permission; introduce harmful code; overload the service; scrape protected data; or use bots or automated tools to bypass access conditions or create accounts at scale.

6. Enforcement

Ovynta may investigate suspected misuse and may remove content or limit access where appropriate to protect people, the service, or compliance with applicable law.

7. Contact

To report suspected misuse, use an available reporting feature or contact privacy@ovynta.com. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, or other authentication credentials in a report.
