1. Who these Terms are with

These Terms govern your use of Ovynta's website, customer app, and merchant-facing services.

2. The platform

Ovynta provides features for accounts, business discovery, business listings, booking requests, reviews, community content, events, and tickets where those features are made available.

Businesses may manage their business information through merchant-facing services. A person acting for a business must have authority to do so and must provide accurate business information.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Ovynta. A person under 18 may use Ovynta only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The current production mobile-app sign-in flow uses email and password. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for information you submit through your account.

You can request account deletion in the customer app at Profile → Delete account. Ovynta deletes personal profile data where technically possible and may retain records as described in the Privacy Policy.

4. Content and conduct

You are responsible for content you submit through Ovynta, including business information, reviews, posts, comments, notes, event information, and media. You must have the necessary rights to submit that content.

You must not use Ovynta to impersonate another person or business, provide false or misleading information, submit manipulated reviews, harass or threaten others, commit fraud, distribute spam or malicious content, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, or engage in unlawful activity.

5. Bookings

Where a business makes bookings available, Ovynta lets a customer submit a booking request. A booking request is not a purchase. A business may manage a request through the features available to it, and customers may cancel their own booking request where the platform permits cancellation.

6. Events and tickets

Ovynta may make event and ticket features available. The reviewed source supports free-ticket claims for eligible ticket types; it does not represent paid checkout as currently available.

You must not forge, duplicate, misuse, or falsely claim a ticket, booking confirmation, QR credential, or admission record.

7. Payment status

Ovynta is preparing payment processing through PayU. Payment functionality will become available after merchant onboarding and activation are complete. Until that activation, Ovynta does not represent payment collection, settlement, or payment refunds as live services.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Imphal, Manipur have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Ovynta.
