Event Organizer Terms

1. Scope

These Terms apply to an organiser that uses Ovynta event or ticket-related features.

Ovynta is operated by Vyndora Innovations Private Limited.

2. Organiser responsibilities

The organiser is responsible for event legality, licences, permits, venue permissions, attendee safety, event content, pricing, and refunds required by law.

The organiser is also responsible for the accuracy of event details, schedules, capacity information, admission conditions, and attendee communications that it publishes.

3. Ovynta's role

Ovynta provides the technology platform. Ovynta does not take on organiser indemnity beyond applicable law.

4. Payment status

Ovynta is preparing payment processing through PayU. Payment functionality will become available after merchant onboarding and activation are complete. Ovynta does not represent paid ticketing, payment processing, settlement, or payment refunds as currently live.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Imphal, Manipur have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
