1. Scope

This Policy applies to content uploaded or made available through Ovynta, including listings, reviews, posts, notes, comments, event material, photographs, logos, and other user or merchant content.

2. Ownership and platform licence

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content.

Users grant Ovynta a limited platform licence to display and distribute that content through the operation of Ovynta.

3. Your responsibilities

You must have the rights, permissions, and authority needed to upload or make content available through Ovynta. You must not upload material that infringes another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

4. Copyright complaints

Send copyright complaints to legal@ovynta.com. Include enough information to identify the work, the material at issue, your relationship to the rights holder, and how to contact you.

5. Applicable law

This Policy is governed by the laws of India.
