Merchant Payment Terms

1. Scope and effective date

These Merchant Payment Terms apply only to merchant payment services made available through Ovynta.

This policy becomes effective when merchant payment services are enabled.

Ovynta is operated by Vyndora Innovations Private Limited.

2. Payment status

Payments are not live. Ovynta is preparing payment processing through PayU. Payment functionality will become available after merchant onboarding and activation are complete.

Until activation, Ovynta does not provide settlements, payment processing, fees, chargebacks, reserves, deductions, or payment liability.

3. Merchant activation

Merchant payment services are available only after the applicable merchant onboarding and activation are complete. These Terms do not create an active payment service before that activation.

4. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Imphal, Manipur have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
