Merchant Terms

1. Scope

These Merchant Terms apply to a person or organisation that manages a business through Ovynta's merchant-facing services.

Ovynta is operated by Vyndora Innovations Private Limited.

2. Merchant accounts and business information

You must use a Merchant account only for a business you are authorised to represent. You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, listings, services, offers, events, schedules, and other information you provide through Ovynta.

You must not create a fake business, misrepresent your authority, provide deceptive information, misuse customer information, or bypass the permissions or access controls available through the platform.

3. Merchant content

You retain ownership of merchant-created content.

You grant Ovynta a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence solely to display listings, distribute listings, market your business, generate search indexes, create thumbnails or previews, and operate the platform.

The licence ends automatically when the content is removed, except where retention is legally required. This licence does not transfer ownership and is not exclusive.

4. Bookings and events

You are responsible for the accuracy of the booking conditions, availability, event information, pricing information, and customer communications you publish for your business.

5. Payment status

Ovynta is preparing payment processing through PayU. Payment functionality will become available after merchant onboarding and activation are complete. Ovynta does not represent payment processing, settlement, fees, deductions, reserves, chargebacks, or payment liability as currently live.

6. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Imphal, Manipur have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms.
