Shipping & Delivery Policy

1. Scope

Ovynta primarily provides digital services, bookings, reservations, and electronic tickets.

Ovynta is operated by Vyndora Innovations Private Limited.

2. Digital services, bookings, and tickets

Services are delivered according to the relevant merchant's published schedule or booking confirmation. Electronic tickets are delivered through the Ovynta ticket features where those features are available.

3. Physical shipping

Physical shipping is generally not part of the Ovynta platform unless an individual merchant explicitly states otherwise. Any merchant that offers physical shipping is responsible for stating the applicable delivery information to its customers.

4. Payment status

Ovynta is preparing payment processing through PayU. Payment functionality will become available after merchant onboarding and activation are complete. Ovynta does not represent payment processing as currently live.

5. Governing law and jurisdiction

This Policy is governed by the laws of India. The courts at Imphal, Manipur have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this Policy.
